Thank you for your involvement in ICP’s education programs.  We invite you to submit images to our database from which we pull images for use in ICP’s promotional materials.  Promotional materials include Program Guides, Full-Time programs catalogs, invitations, our website, and eBlasts. 

If submitting personal work, a representative selection of ten to fifteen strong and dynamic images are requested—this provides several options for our team to consider.  Images of personal work should be sized to 8”x10” (or 8” in the shorter dimension) at 300ppi, and saved as Adobe RGB 8-bit tiffs.

If submitting images of a class, event, or for another purpose, a selection of ten to fifteen images is also suggested.  Video files, screenshots, and text in various formats can also be submitted.

Please name files using this structure:  If applicable, the ICP Program and if applicable, the completion year for a student in that program_Author last name_Author first name_sequence number.   

For example:   TA18_Smith_Jane_01.tiff ; TA18_Smith_Jane_02.tiff


Use the following abbreviations to identify the Program or area:
